1.

Who this applies to

1.1The Win Reward is available to any subscriber on a paid Grant Wizard plan — Pro or Growth, monthly or annual.
1.2The Win Reward does not apply to free-plan accounts. Free-plan users may still report wins on their dashboard for matching-improvement purposes but do not earn credits.
1.3The Win Reward is offered by Grant Master, the operator of Grant Wizard ("we", "us", "our").
2.

What earns a Win Reward

2.1A win. You earn a Win Reward each time your organisation (or you, where the application is personal) receives any of the following from an opportunity you applied to through Grant Wizard:
  • (a) a grant award (any size);
  • (b) a cash prize from a pitch competition or grant challenge;
  • (c) a fellowship acceptance (funded or non-funded);
  • (d) a cohort or programme selection (accelerators, residencies, training cohorts);
  • (e) a named finalist position;
  • (f) a shortlist appearance; or
  • (g) a public recognition from the funder (such as being named to a "Top X" list or a winners' announcement).
2.2Application must have gone through Grant Wizard. For a win to qualify, the opportunity must have been applied to through Grant Wizard during an active paid subscription — meaning the proposal was exported from Grant Wizard and marked "submitted" on your dashboard.
2.3Timing of the win. The win itself (the funder's decision or announcement) may occur during or after your subscription period, provided the application was made during an active paid subscription.
2.4One reward per win. Each distinct opportunity counts as one win. Recurring funding from the same single application is still one win. Different opportunities — even from the same funder — count separately.
2.5Testimonial consent — required. Every Win Reward is conditioned on your written consent (granted via a single checkbox on your dashboard at claim time) to let us share your win story — your name, your organisation, what you won, a photo you provide, and (optionally) a short video — on Grant Wizard's website, social channels, and marketing materials. Without consent, credits are not issued. You still keep your win, your subscription, and your existing credits — the Win Reward simply does not apply.
2.6Right of removal. You may request that we remove or stop using your testimonial materials at any time. Send your request in writing to [email protected]. We will honour the request with reasonable notice to complete any in-flight marketing campaigns that reference the materials — typically within 30 days of receipt.
3.

How to claim

3.1Report the win on your dashboard. Open the relevant submission in Grant Wizard and click "Report a Win." Select the win type (award, fellowship, cohort, finalist, shortlist, recognition).
3.2Upload reasonable evidence. A funder award letter, confirmation email, a screenshot of the public announcement, or a link to the funder's announcement page is sufficient.
3.3Confirm testimonial consent. Tick the consent box agreeing to the testimonial terms in Sections 2.5–2.6 above.
3.4We verify, collect testimonial materials, and credit. We confirm the win is real, coordinate the testimonial (photo, brief quote, optional short video), and add credits to your account within 7 business days of a complete claim.
3.5Claim window. Claims must be filed within 6 months of the win's announcement or your receipt of the award letter, whichever is later. Claims filed after this window are not accepted.
4.

What you receive

4.1Credit amount per win is determined by the plan you held when the application was made through Grant Wizard. If you upgrade between applying and winning, your credit amount reflects the plan you were on at the time of application:
Plan held at applicationCredits per win
Pro (monthly or annual)20 credits
Growth (monthly or annual)75 credits
4.2No cap. There is no limit on the number of wins you may claim across your subscription period or the program's lifetime, provided each win meets the eligibility conditions in Section 2.
4.3Where credits go. Win Reward credits are added to your active Grant Wizard credit balance and follow your account's standard credit-period and rollover rules. If your subscription has lapsed at the time of verification, the credits accumulate in your account and become available when you next have an active paid plan.
5.

Relationship to the Win Guarantee

5.1If you are on the Growth Annual plan and your designated guarantee organisation receives a funded win (grant award, cash prize, or funded fellowship), reporting that win for the Win Reward also satisfies your Win Guarantee. You receive credits, and no refund is due (because you won — the outcome the guarantee exists to produce).
5.2If you receive a non-funded recognition (finalist, shortlist, non-funded cohort, public recognition), reporting it for the Win Reward earns credits but does not affect your Win Guarantee. Your refund eligibility — if you applied consistently and received no funding — is unchanged.
6.

What disqualifies a claim

6.1The Win Reward does not apply, and credits will not be issued, if:
  • (a) the opportunity was not applied to through Grant Wizard (i.e., the proposal was not exported from Grant Wizard and marked submitted on your dashboard);
  • (b) the application was made before your paid subscription started or after it ended;
  • (c) you were on the free plan at the time the application was made;
  • (d) the claim is fabricated or misrepresents the win;
  • (e) reasonable evidence of the win cannot be provided when requested;
  • (f) the claim is filed outside the 6-month window in Section 3.5; or
  • (g) testimonial consent under Section 2.5 is not granted.
6.2Good-faith mistakes. If you report a win in good faith and we later determine that the win cannot be verified or didn't occur as described, we simply reverse the credits — no penalty to your account standing.
6.3Bad-faith claims. Fabricated or knowingly misrepresented wins may result in reversed credits, refusal of future claims, and termination of your subscription without refund.
7.

General

7.1One reward per win, multiple wins allowed. There is no cap on wins claimable across your subscription history.
7.2Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of a win govern that win and will not be changed to your disadvantage retroactively.
7.3Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
7.4Not a financial product. The Win Reward is a customer recognition programme that issues platform-internal credits. It is not a financial product, deposit, investment, or cash payment, and confers no entitlement to anything beyond the credits described above.
