The AI that's been trained on $30 million in winning proposals and is willing to bet its own money on yours.
Grant Wizard finds the right grants for your organisation in 60 seconds and writes winning proposals in 15 minutes. 16× cheaper than a grant writer. 1,344× faster. Powered by $30 million in winning proposals.
If your organisation doesn't win one in 12 months, we refund every cent. No proof of rejection. No emails to chase. We verify against funder public announcements. Refund within 14 business days of verification. Because we verify against funders’ published results, a submission counts only where the funder publicly announces its selected recipients, so apply to more than 36 across the year.
Pro? 20 free credits. Growth? 75 free credits. Verified within 7 business days. In exchange, you let us share your story so the next applicant sees what's possible.
"Working with Olugbenga and the Grant Master team helped Crop2Cash secure a $400,000 grant. Olugbenga knows his onions."Michael Ogundare, CEO, Crop2Cash
$1,000,000 (~₦1.5 billion) was won by a dyslexic founder, writing on behalf of another business. Grant Wizard is what happens when that methodology becomes a product and gets backed by a money-back guarantee. Every win below came from the system our AI was trained on.
These results came from the exact system that now powers Grant Wizard's AI. The same methodology. The same frameworks. The same language that funders respond to. Except now, instead of learning it over weeks, the AI does it for you in minutes.
Your AI grant writer, from start to submission.
Tell Grant Wizard what your organisation does. Our AI scans thousands of opportunities (government, foundations, accelerators, fellowships) and scores each one against your organisation's profile, so you can see at a glance where you have a realistic chance and where you would be spending a draft badly. Fit scores are guidance, not a verdict; you decide where to apply.
Trained on $30M in winning proposals. Your AI grant proposal writer delivers a full draft: needs statement, methodology, budget, impact narrative. Edit in your voice. Add the specifics only you know. Review against the call and your supporting documents before you submit. Done in a fraction of the time.
Grant applications go through each funder's own portal; Grant Wizard isn't in the way. You mark each one submitted on your dashboard and attach a quick proof screenshot. The guarantee progress widget updates live. Every deadline you've passed is one click away from reporting a win.
A funder announces. Your organisation is on the list. Report the win in under 60 seconds. We verify in 7 business days. Free credits land in your account. If your subscription year ends without a single win, file a claim; we refund every cent.
Three plans. The Win Reward is on every paid plan.
The Win Guarantee is on Growth Annual.
Win grant funding in 12 months or 100% refund.
A grant writer charges ₦500,000 ($333) per proposal. The 36 submissions the Win Guarantee requires would cost ₦18M ($12,000) from a grant writer. You pay ₦900K ($600).
See full pricing →Real. The refund process is described step-by-step on the Win Guarantee page: you file, we verify against public records, we pay within 14 business days of verification. No "review committee," no stalls.
Completely different foundation. ChatGPT is trained on the internet. Grant Wizard is trained on $30 million in winning proposals. It includes grant matching, organisation memory, RFP parsing, and agentic grant writing that ChatGPT cannot do. Try the free plan for 5 minutes and you'll feel the difference immediately.
A grant award, cash prize, fellowship acceptance (funded or not), or cohort/programme selection (funded or not). Finalist or shortlist positions don't satisfy the Win Guarantee, but they do earn you the Win Reward.
Funder policies differ. Check whether the specific call allows AI assistance and requires disclosure before you draft. Review every fact, source, budget and eligibility claim, and follow the funder’s instructions. Grant Wizard helps with drafting; you remain responsible for the application you submit.
Most users find Grant Wizard makes 3/month achievable in roughly the time one used to take. If 3 isn't right for you, Pro or Growth Monthly are still strong options; you just don't get the Win Guarantee.
We understand. The grant space is full of people who take your money and disappear. Here's our answer: look at the testimonials on this page. Real names. Real organisations. Real dollar amounts. Over $30 million in documented wins. We're backed by Mastercard Foundation and USADF. And we offer a free plan so you can test Grant Wizard without spending a single naira. Judge us by results, not promises.
They carry forward. Every unused credit joins next month's. The longer you're with us, the bigger your stack gets. It's how we say thank you for staying.
Perfect. You're exactly who this is for. 92.5% of the people we've trained through Grant Success School were beginners. Many of them won their first grants during or immediately after training. Grant Wizard asks you simple questions and turns your answers into compelling, funder-ready proposals. You don't need to know grant jargon. You just need to know your organisation.
Yes. We process payments via Paystack and Selar for international users. Refunds and rewards process in your original currency. The AI matches you to grants from any geography you're eligible for: funders, fellowships, accelerators, and awards worldwide.
Bank-level encryption. Your proposals, organisation data, and funder information are never shared with third parties or used to train public AI models. Your information stays yours.
Most grant consultants that sell to businesses and NGOs hide behind hope. They take your money. They wish you well. If you don't win, they don't lose a wink of sleep.
They sell hope.
We sell a system.
Apply for 3 grants a month for 12 months using Grant Wizard, attaching a quick proof for each. That's 36 real shots at funding powered by the same frameworks behind $30M in winning proposals. If you still don't secure funding, we refund every cent. Because we verify against funders’ published results, a submission counts only where the funder publicly announces its selected recipients, so apply to more than 36 across the year.
That's the arrangement.
